GB, Australia is a strong ODI unit anywhere, and their current ranking in ICC ODI Team Rankings shows just that. But the question is - does one see enough talent in their currently upcoming and fringe players who can build a World Cup winning team in 4 years? I doubt it!
For me, India, South Africa and (surprise, surprise) England seem the ones that can do it. All this may change though!
